Delicious homemade cinnamon muffins that are perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months
