Instructions

  3. Add ice water gradually, mixing until dough forms.
  4. Chill dough for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough and cut into rectangles.
  6. Add filling to half the rectangles, cover with remaining dough.
  7. Seal edges with a fork and brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
