- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add warm milk, softened butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and spread with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and diced apples.
- Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- Use firm, tart apples like Granny Smith for best results
- Ensure milk is warm but not hot to activate yeast properly
