Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Add wet ingredients and knead into a soft dough
- Let dough rise for 1 hour
- Roll out dough, spread with butter and cinnamon sugar
- Roll up and cut into 12 rolls
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes
Notes
- Ensure milk is warm but not hot to activate yeast properly
- Let dough rise in a warm, draft-free place
- Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight
