Ingredients

- 2–3 firm, ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray or oil mister
Instructions
- Slice bananas into thin, uniform rounds (about 1/8 inch thick)
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket
- Cook at 225°F for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through
- Remove when chips are golden brown with dry edges
- While still warm, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture
- Let cool completely to achieve maximum crispiness

- Use fresh, not frozen bananas for best results
- Ensure banana slices are uniform thickness for even cooking
- Chips will continue to crisp as they cool
