- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 g)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2.6 g)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Heat over medium until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add 1 cup all-purpose flour.
- Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.
- Let the dough cool for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
- Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Pipe 4-inch strips of dough onto the parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the churros with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- While churros are cooking, mix 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Remove churros from the air fryer and roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately while warm.
