  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (2.6 g)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 1/4 cup unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Heat over medium until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and add 1 cup all-purpose flour.
  5. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.
  6. Let the dough cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Add 2 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  8. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
  9. Transfer the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  10. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  11. Pipe 4-inch strips of dough onto the parchment paper.
