Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin by greasing or lining with paper cups.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into strips.
- Spread melted butter on the dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Twist the strips, stack them, and place in the muffin tin.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
