Ingredients

- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound skirt steak
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the steak for about 3-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.
Notes
For optimal results, slice the steak against the grain after resting to enhance tenderness. Experiment with marinade ingredients to suit personal taste.
