Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine yeast with warm milk and let it bloom for 5-10 minutes
- Mix dry ingredients in a stand mixer bowl
- Add wet ingredients and knead until window pane test is achieved (15-20 minutes)
- Let dough rise until doubled in size
- Shape the dough and place in prepared pan
- Allow second rise until increased by 75%
- Bake until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C)
Notes
- Can be kneaded by hand for 15-20 minutes if no stand mixer is available
- For overnight preparation, refrigerate shaped dough for 8-12 hours
