- 3 1/4 cups (10 oz/300g) sweetened shredded coconut
- 7 ounces (225 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup (3 oz/90 g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Using a tablespoon-sized cookie dough scoop, scoop the mixture and pack it gently.
- Drop the scooped mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them for even baking.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a splash of vanilla extract. Experiment with different types of chocolate chips or dip in melted chocolate for a special touch.
