- 3 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, diced ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Add mixed vegetables if using.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
