- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 box (16 oz) elbow macaroni
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain excess fat.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain.
- Add onions, garlic, chili powder, and cumin to beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix beef, pasta, beans, and tomatoes in a large baking dish.
- Top with cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
