Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, protein powder, and salt.
  3. Incorporate the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture.
  4. Pour in the milk and stir until fully combined.
  5. Divide the mixture into 4 jars or bowls and cover them.
  6. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  7. Stir before enjoying cold, or warm in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
