- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine the oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, protein powder, and salt.
- Incorporate the nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture.
- Pour in the milk and stir until fully combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 jars or bowls and cover them.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
- Stir before enjoying cold, or warm in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Notes
Add toppings like fresh fruit or extra chocolate chips for variety. Adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired.
