- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Butterfly chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper
- Mix spinach, feta, garlic, and oregano in a bowl
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture
- Secure with toothpicks and brush with olive oil
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature
