Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak
  • 1/2 cup cowboy butter (or garlic herb butter)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet, cook the steak over medium-high heat to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the cowboy butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter.
  5. Add the sliced steak and mix well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
