- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) mixed beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups tater tots
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup corn (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the mixed beans, cream of mushroom soup, and corn (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with tater tots and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your cowboy casserole!
Notes
