Description

Crispy and creamy crab rangoons filled with a delightful blend of cream cheese and imitation crab, perfect as an appetizer for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz chopped imitation crab meat
  • 1 finely sliced green onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • wonton wrappers
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, chopped imitation crab meat, sliced green onion, garlic powder, and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Place a heaping teaspoon of crab mixture onto a wonton wrapper’s center; moisten edges with water and fold over to seal.
  3. Heat oil over medium-high heat; fry crab rangoons in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce.
