- 8 oz chopped imitation crab meat
- 1 finely sliced green onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- wonton wrappers
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine softened cream cheese, chopped imitation crab meat, sliced green onion, garlic powder, and soy sauce in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Place a heaping teaspoon of crab mixture onto a wonton wrapper’s center; moisten edges with water and fold over to seal.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat; fry crab rangoons in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce.
