- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak, seasoning it with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked tortellini and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, allow it to simmer longer. Use fresh tortellini for the best texture and flavor.
