- 1/3 to 1/2 cup (80 to 120 ml) of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) orange zest
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) freshly grated ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon (8 ml) cinnamon
- Small pinch ground clove
Instructions
