- 1 (6 oz) package raspberry or cranberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes
- Add cranberry sauce and mix well
- Stir in drained pineapple, celery, and nuts
- Pour half the mixture into a 9×13 inch dish and chill until partially set
- Spread sour cream over partially set layer
- Pour remaining jello mixture over sour cream layer
- Chill for 3-4 hours or until fully set
Notes
- Make sure the pineapple is well-drained to ensure proper setting
- Can be made a day ahead
- Keep refrigerated until serving
- Walnuts can be omitted for nut-free version
