  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes
  2. Add cranberry sauce and mix well
  3. Stir in drained pineapple, celery, and nuts
  4. Pour half the mixture into a 9×13 inch dish and chill until partially set
  5. Spread sour cream over partially set layer
  6. Pour remaining jello mixture over sour cream layer
  7. Chill for 3-4 hours or until fully set
