- 6 slices bacon (cooked until crispy)
- 1/2 cup green onions (chopped, chives can be an alternative)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup grilled chicken (optional for protein)
- 1 cup bell peppers (diced)
Instructions
- Cook the short pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and allow to cool.
- Combine the sour cream, liquid ranch dressing, and grated cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cooled pasta, crispy bacon, chopped green onions, halved cherry tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and optional grilled chicken.
- Fold the mixture gently until well combined.
- Refrigerate the pasta salad for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
