- 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Add bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth, then stir in the heavy cream, mixing well.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Stir until the cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly.
- Toss in the cooked bowtie pasta, mixing until every piece is coated in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
