Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until fully incorporated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining to adjust sauce consistency if necessary.
