Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until fully incorporated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining to adjust sauce consistency if necessary.
