  • 2 jaunes d’œuf
  • 4 cuillères à soupe (60 ml) d’eau bouillante des nouilles
  • 2 sachets d’assaisonnement des nouilles

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the buldak carbonara noodles for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the sauce ingredients: mix thoroughly to combine the toasted sesame oil, egg yolks, noodle seasoning packets, and Kewpie mayonnaise.
  3. Carefully incorporate a few spoonfuls of the boiling noodle water into the sauce mixture, stirring quickly to ensure the egg yolks do not cook.
  4. Continue stirring until the sauce achieves a smooth and creamy consistency.
  5. Drain the noodles and incorporate them into the sauce mixture.
