- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined and creamy.
