  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Tortilla chips (for topping)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add oil. Sauté the onions for about 5 minutes until they become translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for another minute.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the pot, lightly browning them on both sides.
  4. Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
