Ingredients

- 1 package frozen pierogies
- Heavy cream
- Assorted vegetables
- Herbs (as per recipe)
- Cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Additional vegetables (optional: mushrooms, peas, or corn)
Instructions
- Combine base ingredients in the slow cooker
- Add frozen pierogies during the last 30 minutes of cooking (or last 15-20 minutes if using homemade)
- Add cream mixture towards the end of cooking
- If needed, thicken with cornstarch slurry in the final 15 minutes
- Adjust seasonings to taste before serving

- Homemade pierogies cook 40% faster than frozen ones
