- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak (or chicken/turkey)
- 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and melt butter. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; let simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and fold in grated Parmesan and seared steak bites.
