- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the cooked rotini with the sauce and beef mixture. Stir until well coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
