- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced sirloin steak to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the fresh spinach and cooked pasta to the skillet, toss to combine and heat through. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
