- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add cream, broth, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
