Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, diced carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Carefully place the meatballs into the pot and brown them on all sides.
- Once browned, pour in the chicken broth and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the small pasta and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Finally, pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
