- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cooked shredded chicken, heavy cream, broccoli, cauliflower, half of the cheddar cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the mixture into the dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
