Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked shredded chicken, heavy cream, broccoli, cauliflower, half of the cheddar cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the mixture into the dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
