- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups beef broth
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1–2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika; cook for another minute.
- Reduce heat, add butter, and pour in beef broth, simmering for about 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- Once broth is reduced, mix in half and half (or whole milk) and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Fold in the cooked bowtie pasta, ensuring it is well-coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, cook the pasta in beef broth instead of water. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
