  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly.
  2. Drain excess fat, then stir in chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika; cook for another minute.

  5. Meanwhile, cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  6. Once broth is reduced, mix in half and half (or whole milk) and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  7. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Fold in the cooked bowtie pasta, ensuring it is well-coated with the sauce.
