  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced pancetta and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
