- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the ranch seasoning until the meat is coated.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Mix in half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
For extra creaminess, adjust the heavy cream amount. You can add vegetables like diced bell peppers or sweet corn for variation.
