  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (7-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.

  5. Fold in the cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring gently until everything is evenly coated in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
