Description

A comforting creamy spaghetti bake layered with chicken, cheese, and bacon, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the spaghetti until just al dente, drain it well, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the shredded chicken, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, the grated Parmesan, and the drained spaghetti until everything is well coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish evenly.
  6. Top the dish with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.
  7. Cover it with foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Once out of the oven, let it rest for 5–10 minutes. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a crispier topping, consider using panko breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter. Leftovers can be frozen for easy meals.
