Description
A comforting creamy spaghetti bake layered with chicken, cheese, and bacon, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the spaghetti until just al dente, drain it well, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Gently fold in the shredded chicken, 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, the grated Parmesan, and the drained spaghetti until everything is well coated.
- Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish evenly.
- Top the dish with the remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.
- Cover it with foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, let it rest for 5–10 minutes. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a crispier topping, consider using panko breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter. Leftovers can be frozen for easy meals.
