Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, and sear until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the steak and garlic butter, mixing well to combine.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
Notes
For added flavor, consider marinating the steak bites beforehand. Adjust red pepper flakes to control spice levels.
