- Kinder’s Buttery Steak Seasoning
- Kinder’s The Blend Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 16 oz box of pasta (e.g., Rigatoni)
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic, and Kinder’s buttery steak seasoning.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter on medium heat.
- Cook the steak for about 5 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water according to the box instructions until al dente.
- Add minced garlic and chicken broth to the skillet, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet.
- Once pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the sauce mixture, tossing to combine.
- Slice the steak and place it on top of the pasta before serving.
Notes
Use well-marbled steaks like ribeye or sirloin for best flavor. Fresh herbs make a great finishing touch.
