  • 2 cans (4 oz / 113 g each) chopped green chiles
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) ground cumin
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup (240 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Collect all necessary items.
  2. Warm the olive oil in a big pot over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, chopped onion, and garlic; cook while stirring until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
