Instructions
- Core and cut apples into even sticks (about 1/2 inch thick)
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl
- Brush apple sticks with melted coconut oil
- Coat apple sticks in cinnamon-sugar mixture
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray
- Place apple sticks in a single layer
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Serve immediately while warm
