Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top off the onion and peel it.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the onion into petals, being careful not to cut all the way through the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dredge the onion in the flour mixture, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the onion with cooking spray and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
