Description

Crispy bacon honey roasted potatoes are a delightful side dish with a perfect sweet-savory contrast, golden and crispy from the oven.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved potatoes, chopped bacon, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss everything until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
