- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet/air fryer.
- Drain and press the tofu to eliminate excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- Toss the tofu cubes in a mixing bowl with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until coated.
- If baking, spread the cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- If using a skillet, cook over medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
- If air frying, set to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot as a snack, appetizer, or main dish.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for 15-30 minutes in the seasoning before cooking. Use various spices to customize the Cajun blend.
