Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet/air fryer.
  2. Drain and press the tofu to eliminate excess moisture.
  3. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  4. Toss the tofu cubes in a mixing bowl with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until coated.
  5. If baking, spread the cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. If using a skillet, cook over medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
  7. If air frying, set to 375°F (190°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  8. Serve hot as a snack, appetizer, or main dish.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for 15-30 minutes in the seasoning before cooking. Use various spices to customize the Cajun blend.
