  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice, such as cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chives or green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with chives or green onions before serving.

Notes
