- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Coat chicken breasts in ranch dressing, then dredge in seasoned flour mixture.
- Roll coated chicken in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

- Roll into burritos, slice in half, and serve immediately.
