Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Caesar dressing
  • Additional Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
