Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Grate potatoes and onion finely, drain excess liquid
  2. Mix in room temperature eggs for better binding
  3. Add flour, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the batter

  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil
