  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix cold mashed potatoes, shredded chicken, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, cheese, onions, garlic, and seasonings.
  2. Chill mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. Form mixture into balls (about 2 inches in diameter).
  4. Beat remaining egg in a shallow bowl.
